Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

Standard UK delivery is free on every order. The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and tracking

We will email you when your order has been dispatched, with tracking details where available.

Late, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, please email us at info@lakshio.co.uk with your order number and we will help. If an order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order is dispatched.
