At Lakshio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, contact us at info@lakshio.co.uk. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Lakshio does not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees when sending items back to us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must still meet the return eligibility requirements above.
